After over 20 years of managing sales and marketing teams within FTSE100 companies, Managing Partner Steve Plotkin chose to start up his own business using his knowledge and expertise to help entrepreneurs develop a systematised marketing strategy for their business. Initially focussed on coaching Steve formed Cognition Coaching & Development and later in 2013 rebranded the business to Indigo Inbound.
